How To Apply For The Colondar:

Please download the application, and fill it out completely. When you turn in the application, we'll need:

• The completed 2013 application.
• A photo (one that shows your surgical scar - or lack of one)
• A long bio (see past model bios to get an idea of what we are looking for.)

Make Sure You Receive Confirmation About Your Application

You will receive confirmation of your application, and that it is in order. If you submit your application but do not hear a response, please drop us a line and assume we did not receive it. We want to make sure that each applicant has the opportunity to be considered as a 2013 model. We process hundreds of applications and your application is important to us.
