GI Galloper ($30)	I want to walk across the Big Dam Bridge!  I will pick up my 2010 Colondar and t-shirt at the walk.
Prevention Pretender ($30)	I want to be a "virtual" walker!  I don't plan to walk, but I'd like to get my 2010 Colondar and t-shirt (will be mailed if not picked up at the walk).
CRC Survivor (FREE)	I am a colorectal cancer survivor and I want to walk!  Colorectal cancer survivors get a FREE Survivor t-shirt and 2010 Colondar, but must be at the walk to pick it up!  (Please e-mail your name, address, phone number, year diagnosed and tee shirt size.)
Advocate for Awareness ($100)	I want to support The Colon Club by becoming an Advocate for Awareness.  This includes one walker registration (with a 2010 Colondar and Big Dam t-shirt) as well as a listing on the Big Dam t-shirts and Big Dam Problem website.
