The 2008 Colondar is an artistic wall calendar, which once again features 12 beautiful and strong colorectal cancer survivors, all diagnosed under the "stereotypical" age of 50. By showing their scars and sharing their extraordinary personal stories, they are saving lives and teaching about colorectal cancer in an unexpected way.
Along with the photos and inspirational stories of survivorship, the 2008 Colondar features U.S. holidays, facts about colorectal cancer and a resource page. It is especially encouraging for people recently diagnosed, or for friends or family to be used as a reminder of why they should get screened.
